Booking Details
A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking along with a completed booking form. The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
A refundable security deposit of £200/$300 is required to be paid with the final balance.
Minimum 3 day stay. Bookings for 5 nights or less incur a £60/$95 cleaning fee.
Prices will be quoted pro rata where your stay overlaps two separate rate bands.
