Calabria - Villa Details
The house has an ideal layout for mixed or family groups of varying ages. For the comfort of all our guests, we ask that you do not smoke inside our houses. All furniture and fittings are new as of Summer 2008.
Cots, high chairs and golf clubs are all available for hire from our management company. Food welcome packs for your first night are available for purchase. Beach towels are provided free of charge on request at the pool area, so there is no need to remove towels from the houses.
The utility room contains a compact washing machine, drier, an iron and ironing board. Downstairs, the open plan lounge and dining area has relaxing sofa's and a large flatscreen TV, together with dining table and chairs. Doors to patio. Adjacent is a well equipped kitchen, featuring dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven and hob. A coffee maker and juicer are amongst the utensils that provide cooking facilities for your needs. A full compliment of china and cutlery are provided.
Kitchen
Large, fully equipped kitchen includes cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. All cutlery and crockery provided. It really has everything you could wish for to make it your home from home. There is a casual dining table and chairs and breakfast bar with stools.
Dining Room
There is a formal dining room where you can eat a delicious home cooked meal or perhaps a take out order you picked up on the way home from a great day out.
Lounge
The comfortable lounge is tastefully furnished and is adjacent to the kitchen and has a large flat screen TV and DVD player.
A selection of games, books and DVD's are available for your use.
