The beautiful beaches are only 40 minutes away on the Atlantic Coast and less than 2 hours to the famous beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast. Directions from Orlando International Airport To Regal Palms Resort, Davenport, Florida On leaving the car park and airport, join the westbound 528 Beachline (B-Line) Expressway, signposted towards TAMPA. This is a toll road, but do not use the auto-toll facility provided with your hire-car, as this is an expensive option. You will pass through 2 toll booths, at around 75 cents each. The booths give change. This road will take you to the Intercontinental 4 (east-west) highway, where again head towards TAMPA. Head west on this highway for 8 miles, then leave at junction 64 and turn right onto Highway 192, the Irlo Bronsen Highway, still heading west. Skirting the Disney resorts, continue on 192 right to the end, where you will bear LEFT and climb up onto Highway 27 South. Continue south on Highway 27 until you see a Publix supermarket on your right, together with an ‘Applebees’ and other shops. Turn right at the traffic lights adjacent, and the Regal Palms Resort entrance is the 2nd on the right. Book in at the resort centre. When driving in the USA, please always carry your driving licence with you. You can ‘filter’ right at red traffic lights, unless prohibited.

Directions from Sandford Airport, Orlando to Regal Palms Resort, Davenport, Florida On leaving Sandford Airport, exit onto Lake Mary Drive Boulevard heading West. This road will take you to the Intercontinental 4 (I-4 east-west) Highway, where head West signed TAMPA . Head west on this highway for 34 miles, then leave at junction 64 and turn right (west) onto Highway 192, the Irlo Bronsen Highway, still heading west. Skirting the Disney resorts, continue on 192 right to the end, where you will bear LEFT and climb up onto Highway 27 South. Continue south on Highway 27 until you see a Publix supermarket on your right, together with an ‘Applebees’ and other shops. Turn right at the traffic lights adjacent, and the Regal Palms Resort entrance is the 2nd on the right. Book in at the resort centre.

Our house has parking for two cars, with balcony and patio for your relaxation. Patio furniture is provided, which we ask you to bring inside when not at home. The properties are surrounded by tended grass, and well paved roadways provide access to the spa area, where tropically heated swimming pools and a lazy river are provided for your enjoyment.

The nearest supermarket is a 2 mins drive, 5 mins walkaway Here, at Berry village centre you will also find some local shopping and restaurants. Within 15 minutes in any direction of Regal Palms you will find plenty of supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Walmart, for example have two 24 hour store within 15 minutes drive. Banks are somewhat sparse in the area, but ATM machines are quite common, and most places accept Travellers Cheques.

Try and visit Mannys Chophouse in Haines, about 20 mins south, but don't eat much the day before you visit.

Golf
Close by (5 mins) is the renowned Highlands Reserve Golf Club, which welcomes visitors, which we believe is par 72. A little bit further away towards Davenport centre is the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate Golf Course. In addition, there are over 30 golf courses in and around Orlando, so you don't need to play the same one every day! Our management company will be pleased to hire you clubs for the duration of your stay.
